Fish Tacos
Preheat oven to 375. In small bowl, combine:
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Rinse, pat dry, and place in glass pyrex so they do not overlap:
- 3 fish fillets
Sprinkle seasoning blend over both sides of the fillets (not too heavily). Then drizzle fillets with
- Olive Oil
and dot with
- Butter
Bake at
375 for 20-25 min.
Then remove from oven and lower the heat for the taco shells, if that's what you're making. The fish is also good with fries or rice.
